Exchanges are offered specific to unique circumstances or if your item is unexpectedly received damaged due to shipping. Great care and precautions are taken during packaging to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Items mailed back for exchange must remain in their original packaging. Items returned for an exchange unrelated to damage are to be received by the seller undamaged. Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange. Customers must email seller within 7 days from receipt of item to coordinate an exchange. In the event of an exchange, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
